Milkshake coincided with the opening weekend of WorldPride Amsterdam 2026. As a result, Amsterdam and the surrounding area were especially busy.

Line-up and timetable

For the 2026 edition, the organisation published the full line-up by festival day and the timetable for each stage.

Announced artists included Pabllo Vittar, who performed at Supertoys on Sunday 26 July, Bob The Drag Queen, Amanda Lepore, Cakes da Killa and Serenity Soundz. According to the organisation, Amanda Lepore was scheduled on both festival days.
