Eindhoven Pride 2027: visible together in the city of light

From 12 through 20 June 2027, Eindhoven will once again be filled with all the colours of the rainbow during Eindhoven Pride Week. For more than a week, the city will focus on visibility, freedom, connection and the strength of the queer community. The main moment is Saturday 12 June: the Eindhoven Pride Parade is currently scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM, followed by the Pride Vibes Festival at Stadhuisplein, currently announced from 2:30 PM to midnight.

Eindhoven Pride 2027: date and programme

Eindhoven Pride Week 2027 takes place from Saturday 12 through Sunday 20 June. The Pride Parade and Pride Vibes Festival are scheduled for Saturday 12 June. According to the current This is Eindhoven event calendar, the Parade begins at 1:00 PM and Pride Vibes takes place at Stadhuisplein from 2:30 PM to midnight. The exact parade route, full programme and theme of this edition have not yet been published by Eindhoven Pride.

Throughout Pride Week, you can once again expect activities across the city centred on queer culture, history, connection and celebration. From colourful events to moments focusing on personal stories and social issues, Eindhoven Pride creates space to celebrate together while also reflecting on the importance of acceptance and equal rights.

More than just a colourful celebration

Pride is known for rainbow flags, music, striking outfits and an exuberant atmosphere. Yet the event is about much more than celebrating. Visibility remains necessary as long as people cannot everywhere take it for granted that they can be themselves or openly love who they want to love.

By walking together through the centre of Eindhoven, the Pride Parade sends a powerful message. The queer community belongs in the city and deserves to be free, safe and visible every day. For one person, the parade is a festive day with friends; for another, it may be the first time they openly show who they are. It is precisely all those different stories that make Pride special.

Dave has joined every edition

For Dave from GUNDERWEAR, the Eindhoven Pride Walk has personal meaning. As an Eindhoven resident, he has joined every Pride Walk since the very first edition. Not from the sidelines, but right among the flags, banners, music and participants walking through the city together.

Every edition has its own atmosphere, but the feeling remains the same: pride in the queer community and pride in a city that increasingly shows that everyone is welcome. Taking part has now become an annual tradition for Dave and a way to support the community with which GUNDERWEAR feels strongly connected.

The city of light in rainbow colours

Eindhoven is known as the city of light, technology and design. During Pride, that gains an additional meaning. The rainbow colours in the streets show that progress is not only about innovation, but also about social freedom, equality and room for difference.

GUNDERWEAR was founded in Eindhoven and feels closely connected to the city and its queer community. Confidence, freedom and daring to show yourself without holding back are values that do not only belong to Pride, but matter throughout the year.

According to the current schedule, the Pride Parade begins at 1:00 PM. The free Pride Vibes Festival is then scheduled at Stadhuisplein from 2:30 PM to midnight. The exact route, participants and other activities will be announced later.
